It used to be hard for me to finish anything, much less submit it. Then I lowered my standards as low as I possibly could and joined the CC. SUPPORTIVE AS THEY ARE what I'm saying is, just don't shoot for the stars. Shoot for the moon or something. If you animate WHEN YOU'RE SUPER DUPER INSPIRED you might have one big deal every few years, but if you animate ALL THE TIME even when you don't want to, you'll not only get much better much faster, you'll realize you have some good ones much more often than you imagined you would. (Animate more, man!)
