I think this could make a decent series...

I think that a series like this has potential. I thought that the debut episode was quite good, although the paedophilia worries me - It might be best to cut that bit out...

How can this rated 2.26 (7/27/03)

This flash movie isn't good enough to get an average of 2.26/5.00, and like someone says in an earlier review - it shouldn't have lasted 30 minutes, let alone make it into the Top 20 portal.

I had to give points for graphics (the frog had 4 legs), but I will still attempt to blam it

but it isn't the worst movie I have seen...

I liked the graphics and sound...

This movie is well made - I liked the style of graphics.

I didn't even mind the fact that it is based on the death of Maurice Gibb, because if done properly, it can't be that sick, and I know that you don't hate the Bee Gees (having read a reply to a review).

So why did I give this movie a 4 for style and a 4 for Humor? - When you make the joke that Robin is gay - but they're brothers. That's Incest. We don't do that in England!

As my overall score suggests, however, I think that the movie isn't bad, I especially like the graphics (although they're not perfect).

I can't wait to read your response - don't let me down.

Okay, the long awaited response to your review is finally here.
First of all, you had said “don’t let me down” in your last review.

I don’t like being spoken to that way, it's not acceptable. “Please don’t let me down” would have worked much, much better.

If you liked the humor but had a problem with the incest (incest in england? How veddy shocking! My word! The veddy thought! Besides, the Beegees are Aussies, not English) you should have given the humor a higher mark and let your distaste for the incest be reflected in the OVERALL score. The graphics, as you say: “aren’t bad but are not perfect.”

I agree 100%.

I tried to bang this out as quickly as I could after Maurice “bit the big one”, so that it would be as current and relevant as possible. So, you're right there. I do deserve brownie points for doing this in 5 hours.

So there you have it.

a great parody

I forgot how big this file is... lucky I didn't forget how good it is, because frankly I can't be arsed to wait about an hour for it to load up on my primitive computer, while hoping that the computer itself does not inexplicably shut down.

The 'Star Wars', 'Nintendo' and 'Microsoft' references were really funny, and it is long enough and worth watching - considering how long it takes to load up.

When I first saw this movie, I had to see it at least 4 times afterwards, which was before I joined NG. Now I watch it every day.

I think the best thing about it is all of the references to all characters throughout the series.
